BOOKING AND DEPOSIT
We do our best to accommodate each booking request.
A deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and must be paid at the time of booking. A minimum deposit of $50.00 is required.
Deposits are applied towards the total cost of your service at the time of your appointment. The salon may in their absolute discretion waive the obligation to pay the deposit.
To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and fairness to all clients, it is essential that you provide positive confirmation of your booking. Upon making a booking, please note that we require a definitive confirmation from you within a set timeframe. If we do not receive this confirmation, unfortunately, we will have to cancel your booking, and our no-show policy will come into effect.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT: Deposits are non-refundable. If a client is a no-show or if an appointment is cancelled or not rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, then the client forfeits the Deposit. This policy is due to the significant challenge of filling last-minute vacancies, particularly for appointments requiring extended durations, such as colour or extension services. This policy is in place to cover the operational costs and to support our staff financially.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notification will forfeit their deposit. TONI&GUY may apply any unpaid deposit as an extra fee to any future booking if a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment
POLICY ON EMERGENCIES AND UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur, necessitating last-minute appointment changes. In such instances, while we are understanding of the situation, the client’s deposit will be forfeited. Any new appointment may require full payment at the time of booking.
