- You may be asked to leave a deposit for your appointment. This confirms your booking. 24 hours notice is required for all changes and cancellations of appointments. Cancelling may forfeit your deposit
- All no-show and late cancellation clients may be required to pay a deposit for future appointments.
- Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.
- All clients will be sent a confirmation SMS three days prior to their appointment. Failure to confirm 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in the appointment being cancelled.
